Shipping & Delivery
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We value efficiency. Here is how we handle your order:
- Cut-Off Time: Orders confirmed before 14:00 WIB (Monday - Saturday) will be processed and handed to the courier on the same day.
- Next-Day Processing: Orders confirmed after 14:00 WIB will be shipped the next working day.
- Sundays & Public Holidays: Our warehouse team rests on Sundays and National Holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.
2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDONESIA)
We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure your package arrives safely.
Couriers: We primarily use J&T.
Estimated Delivery:
- Java: 2 - 3 Days.
- Outside Java: 3 - 5 Days (depending on location).
Note: Delays caused by the courier service (weather, peak season overload) are beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking your package.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
HOOK8LOOP ships worldwide.
Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in our shipping price.
Estimated Time: 5 - 14 Business Days (depending on the service selected: Rayspeed/Kurasi).
4. SHIPPING LIABILITY
Damage/Loss: As stated in our Terms & Conditions, once the package is handed to the courier, the risk of loss transfers to the buyer. However, if you use insurance, we can claim a refund from the courier for lost packages.
Packaging: All items are packed in our signature tin/box with protective bubble wrap to withstand standard shipping conditions.
