We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
By purchasing HOOK8LOOP products, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Thoroughly cleaning and decontaminating the installation surface (removing wax, oil, ceramic coating residue, etc.).
- Use the provided "filler tape" for embossed license plates to ensure full surface contact.
- Allow the 3M AFT adhesive to cure for a minimum of 24 hours before washing the vehicle or driving at highway speeds.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HOOK8LOOP shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to:
- Vehicle Damage: Damage to your vehicle's paint, bumper, body panels, or license plate resulting from the installation, removal, or use of our products.
- Product Failure: Loss of the license plate or product due to improper installation, lack of surface preparation, or insufficient curing time.
- Third-Party Damages: Any damage caused to other vehicles or property resulting from the detachment of the product while driving.
Our liability shall be strictly limited to the replacement of the defective product or a refund of the purchase price paid, at our sole discretion.
Our Return Policy is strict due to the nature of single-use adhesive products.
- All Sales Final: We do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect installation.
- Defects Only: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a defect, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened. Claims without this evidence will be rejected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
All content included on this site (images, text, logos, graphics, and video tutorials) is the exclusive property of HOOK8LOOP. You may not use our product photos or brand assets for commercial purposes without our written consent.
If you tag us on social media or send us photos/videos of your vehicle with our product, you grant us the right to repost, share, and use that content for marketing purposes without compensation.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any legal disputes arising out of the use of our products or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia.
